This policy explains what personal data ITSNOBODY.NET collects through the website itsnobody.net, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and what your rights are. It covers the site's pages, including NOBODY WAKES (/wakes), the song experience (/song), The House (/house) and About (/about). The NOBODY Files app and its pages at itsnobody.net/FILES have their own privacy policy: itsnobody.net/FILES/legal/privacy.
This policy is published in English and in Hebrew. If the two differ, the Hebrew version prevails.
1. Who we are
ITSNOBODY.NET is the business name of Yakov Ganam, a sole proprietor registered in Israel under business number 209301860, 16 Yitzhak Ben Zvi St., Apt. 14, Petah Tikva 4937556, Israel. We decide how and why the data described here is used. Privacy questions: privacy@itsnobody.net. Everything else: support@itsnobody.net.
2. When you visit the site
Our host, Cloudflare, delivers the pages and protects the site. To do this it processes connection data, such as your IP address, your browser's details and the page you ask for.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It stores nothing on your device and does not follow you to other sites. It records the page you open, the page that sent you, your browser and device type, your country and how fast the page loaded, and we see only totals.
Cookies. We set no cookies for analytics or advertising. Cloudflare may run an automatic
security check on a visit and set security cookies to tell people from automated traffic:
__cf_bm, which lasts 30 minutes, or cf_clearance, which can last up to a year after
a check. They are not used to track you or to build a profile.
The basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure and in knowing how many people visit it.
3. The launch list
If you join the NOBODY launch list at itsnobody.net/wakes, we keep your email address, the page where you joined, the wording you agreed to and the time you agreed. We use the address only to send you launch news and promotional email, as you agreed. The basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. You don't have to give your address by law; without it we cannot send you launch news.
To stop abuse of the form, we keep a one-way code of your IP address, made with a secret key (not the IP address itself), for 24 hours.
Every message is marked as advertising (in Hebrew, "פרסומת"), names us, and has a link that unsubscribes you in one click. You can also unsubscribe at itsnobody.net/data-rights or by writing to privacy@itsnobody.net.
We send launch email through Zoho Campaigns, a service of Zoho Corporation. Zoho receives your address and the message, and reports to us whether each message was delivered, opened or clicked.
After you unsubscribe, we keep your address only on a do-not-email record (the address and the time you unsubscribed), so that we never write to you again. If you want that record deleted too, write to privacy@itsnobody.net.
4. Requests you send through the site
If you use the forms at itsnobody.net/data-rights to unsubscribe or to make a privacy request, we keep your email address, the type of request, the details you write and the time. A copy of a privacy request is sent to our privacy mailbox so that we can answer it. To stop abuse of the forms, we keep a one-way code of your IP address for 24 hours, as above. The basis is our legal duty to handle these requests.
5. Emails you send us
Our mailboxes are hosted by Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation). When you write to us, your message and our reply are stored there. We use them only to answer you and to keep a record of requests we must keep by law.
6. Who receives data
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. Service providers that process it for us: Cloudflare (hosting, database, security, visit statistics, and forwarding website requests to our mailbox) and Zoho (our mailboxes, and Zoho Campaigns for launch email). We may also disclose data when the law or a valid legal process requires it, or to protect rights and safety.
These providers may process data outside Israel and outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires a basis for such a transfer, we rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful basis.
7. How long we keep data
- Launch list: until you unsubscribe. After that, the do-not-email record (address and time) until you ask us to delete it.
- Unsubscribe and privacy requests: three years, to show that we handled each one.
- The one-way IP codes used against abuse: 24 hours.
- Emails you send us: as long as we need them to answer you and to show how a request was handled.
- Visit statistics and security data: by Cloudflare, under its own retention periods.
8. Your rights
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete data that is wrong, incomplete or not needed. You may withdraw your consent to launch email and ask to be removed from our mailing list at any time. Where the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies, you may also have rights to restriction, portability and objection, and to complain to a supervisory authority; in Israel, complaints go to the Privacy Protection Authority. Write to privacy@itsnobody.net or use itsnobody.net/data-rights. We may need to verify your identity, and we answer within 30 days.
9. Security
Connections to the site use HTTPS. IP addresses are kept only as one-way codes made with a secret key, for 24 hours. Only the operator can access the list and the requests. No measure removes every risk.
10. Age
Our sites and apps are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, write to privacy@itsnobody.net and we will delete it.
11. Changes
When our practices or the law change, we update this policy and the date at the top. If a change is material, we will tell the people on the launch list by email before it applies.
