Delete your account
Use this page to delete a NOBODY Files account outside the App. Operator: Yakov Ganam, a sole proprietor registered in Israel under business number 209301860, trading as ITSNOBODY.NET, 16 Yitzhak Ben Zvi St., Apt. 14, Petah Tikva 4937556, Israel.
Deletion removes the account, sign-in, entitlement, subscription, reservation, device, cleanup-credit ledger, safety-report and order records we hold, and the account's remaining credit. It does not delete photos or app data on your device.
Only detached, pseudonymous transaction facts may be kept for up to 2557 days (about seven years) for accounting and tax duties. They cannot restore the account or its benefits.
A subscription is separate: deleting the account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an auto-renewing subscription in Google Play or with Apple. Cancel it separately in the store's subscription settings.
No access to your account? Write to privacy@itsnobody.net from the registered email address, and we will delete the account within 30 days of a request we can verify.
