Who collects it

ITSNOBODY.NET – Yakov Ganam, a sole proprietor registered in Israel under business number 209301860, 16 Yitzhak Ben Zvi St., Apt. 14, Petah Tikva 4937556, Israel. Privacy requests: privacy@itsnobody.net.

What we keep and why

Your email address, the time of your request and the version of your consent. We use the address only to contact you about access to NOBODY FILES for Android. It is not added to any marketing list. Your photos, files and analysis are never part of this request. Joining does not create an app account or guarantee a place or a date.

You don’t have to give it

You are under no legal obligation to give us your email address. Without it, we cannot contact you about access.

Who receives it

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores your request for us; it also processes connection and security information. We do not sell your address or share it for advertising. If we email you, the message comes from support@itsnobody.net.

How long we keep it

Up to 180 days. An expired request is no longer used for contact and is deleted when the form next processes a request. To prevent abuse, we count requests with a temporary, protected reference to the connection; the form does not store your IP address, and these records expire at the end of the hour.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your request, or withdraw it, by writing to privacy@itsnobody.net from the address you submitted. You may also complain to Israel’s Privacy Protection Authority. The app’s broader data practices are in the complete privacy policy.
